Choose the day that speaks to you or purchase the All-Access Pass to enjoy the full five-day experience. Each pass includes the scheduled activities and meals listed for that day, giving you the opportunity to connect with fellow participants and experience Saint Lucia from a fresh perspective.
Please note: These day passes do not include accommodation. An optional transportation add-on is available; however, guests must meet the group at the designated retreat accommodation at the beginning of the day and will be returned there after the scheduled activities.
ALL-ACCESS RETREAT DAY PASS
Experience the very best of the Limitless Connects x Know Your Caribbean Retreat with access to all five days of cultural discovery, adventure, wellness, cuisine, and community in Saint Lucia. Journey from the lush landscapes of Soufrière to the vibrant energy of Castries and Dennery as you explore the island’s hidden histories, African-Caribbean heritage, natural beauty, and living traditions.
Your experience includes the welcome dinner and cultural activities on Day 1, plus lunch and dinner and all scheduled retreat activities on Days 2–5. From ancestral ceremonies and mineral baths to local markets, Fish Friday, beachside wellness, a coastal cruise, an ATV adventure, and our farewell celebration, this is the most complete way to experience the retreat.

DAY 1 PASS: WELCOME TO SAINT LUCIA
Begin the retreat in the lush surroundings of Soufrière with an evening of culture, connection, and reflection. Enjoy a private Creole-inspired welcome dinner accompanied by live music, followed by a cultural introduction led by historian and cultural ambassador Fiona Compton. The evening continues with a meaningful ancestral ceremony and a rejuvenating nighttime soak at the Sulphur Springs.

DAY 2 PASS: HERITAGE & HIDDEN HISTORIES
Step into Saint Lucia’s past during an immersive day of cultural storytelling, history, and natural healing. Visit a historic Maroon camp and museum with Fiona Compton, then refresh your body and spirit with a waterfall or mineral bath experience. Complete the day with authentic Creole cuisine and a memorable sunset dinner at Hummingbird Beach.

DAY 4 PASS: NATURE, WELLNESS & INDIGENOUS TRADITIONS
Reconnect with yourself while experiencing Saint Lucia’s coastal beauty and cultural heritage. Spend the day at Pigeon Island National Park, enjoy a relaxed history session with Fiona Compton, and have lunch at Thirsty Parrot. Unwind with a beachside massage and wellness refreshments before taking in the coastline on a two-hour boat cruise with dinner. End the evening with a cultural film screening and a casual Saint Lucian lime.

DAY 3 PASS: CREOLE CULTURE IN ACTION
Experience the sights, flavors, and vibrant traditions of Castries. Explore the local market and artisan stalls with Chef Robby while learning about the ingredients and techniques used in traditional Saint Lucian cuisine. Later, enjoy an evening filled with local food, music, dancing, and community at the famous Gros Islet Fish Friday.

DAY 5 PASS: A DENNERY STORY
