You have questions? We have answers. Below are some frequently asked questions. If your question is not listed, feel free to contact us.

 

How do I book a package?

Booking a package with Limitless Concierge Service is simple. Choose from one of our standard packages under the “packages” tab and follow the instructions. If you don’t see something that fits your needs, fill out the form under packages titled “curate your own experience” and we will curate a customized package to fit your needs.

Do your packages include airfare?

Our packages do not include airfare. We handle your trip as soon as you arrive in one of the islands we serve. 

What countries do you serve?

We currently serve the Caribbean islands Barbados, Grenada and St. Kitts and Nevis.

What happens if I have to cancel my trip?

Our cancellation policy varies based on the package booked. Be sure to read our terms and conditions provided upon completion of booking. 

What’s your refund policy?

Limitless Concierge Service is a third-party service provider and due to the nature of the services provided, our refund policy has to align with the policies of vendors, tour operators, service providers, and event organizers. All refunds are subject to the terms of vendors, tour operators, service providers, and event organizers, and Limitless Concierge Service at the time of booking and cancellation. Once you have agreed to the contents or your package the refund policy will be outlined to you. 

As with any travel, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance which gives you full cancellation cover. You must send us any and all cancellations clearly and in writing to avoid any errors. This can be done by email at info@limitlessconciergeservice.com.

What currency is used in the countries?

In Barbados, the currency used in Barbados dollars. The standard conversion rate to United States dollars is 2 Barbadian dollars to 1 United States dollars. In Grenada and St. Kitts and Nevis, the currency used is Eastern Caribbean dollars. The conversion rate varies but can be anywhere between 2.5 to 2.7 Eastern Caribbean dollars to 1 United States dollars. 

Is package pricing individual?

Our standard packages are typically based on 2+ travelers. All package details are listed and should be read thoroughly.

What if my travel partner(s) cancels?

A new package would need to be purchased which may affect the pricing of the package. Be sure to contact the Limitless Concierge Service team to modify your package as soon as you are made aware of cancellation of someone from your travel party.

What are your payment plan options? 

We provide payment plans that allow you to pay in installments. Many packages are customizable so payment plan options may vary depending on the type of package booked. Be sure to read through all communications sent from the Limitless Concierge Service team. 

I’ve paid my deposit, what’s next?

Hooray! You’re one step closer to being in paradise! Your travel itinerary and other details concerning your trip will be shared with you. Be sure to check your spam box as communications can mistakenly end up there. 

What is the minimum downpayment? 

Minimum downpayment is typically 25% of your total package price. Some choose to pay their packages in full, others 50% or more. Packages are customizable and your payment arrangement will be set up accordingly.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.  

Do you offer delivery for package items?

Yes, we do provide delivery service for package items. This request will be found in your intake form. Simply select the option for delivery. There is an additional fee for delivery which will be listed in your overall package invoice.
